For example, each and every single Russian weightlifter awarded gold medals at the next four consecutive Olympic Games specifically trained extensively on the game that children refer to as, "Let's Play Pretend." they lay with eyes closed and repeatedly, vividly created clear, sound-filled, color-filled mental videos of themselves. In each video, they would mentally see and hear and feel the experience of successfully achieving the task that they came to the Olympics to reach for. they did not do so 'by accident' -- they were trained to do it on a daily basis, for up to an hour at a time of only visualizing.
Consider the following bits of wisdom brought to our attention by several of history's most respected human beings. Consider these tidbits of wisdom, and relate them to what you've read so far today.

To change the outcome of an equation, we must change at least one element of the equation.
The second choice, is, of course, to make use of this wonderfully potent axiom. Make just one change in today's efforts, and the equation of your life will show the results by tomorrow.
